In our haste to provide a mobile platform, we had a company create our first iPhone app. However, the app often became outdated and unusable as we made enhancements to our website and added new features. So, we asked them to remove the app so our new app could take it's place.

We are investing heavily into the development of both iPhone and Android apps and we we feel the future of our services will rely on our ability to provide applications on mobile devices.

Our new iPhone app is still under review by Apple, but it should be available in the App Store very soon.

ScoutNET only provides an option to record when a rank was earned or when a merit badge was earned. Our website gives you the ability to track their progress on ranks and merit badges. It's nice to be able to see when they are up for a board of review or when they have enough service hours or when they have enough leadership experience. Our website works well with ScoutNET. You can submit all of your advancement data to ScoutNET from eTrailToEagle. This would help you comply with the requests of your Council, but also give you a tool to help track their individual progress. Also, we now have Android and iPhone (this week) apps available for download. This brings your advancement records to your smart phone for instant access.

We would be happy to answer any and all your questions. Just send us an e-mail to support@etrailtoeagle.com.

We are still waiting on Apple to review and approve our app. As soon as the complete that task, it will show up in the iTunes App Store under the name "eTrailToEagle". We are Hopeful that it will be this week.

The app will only work when connected to an internet connection. We have thought about the option to have an offline mode, but that isn't something we are able to do at this point.
