And we’re back…

On Friday, April 15, our hosting provider experienced some issues with their virtual server offering.  The server that runs is hosted on this service.  Unfortunately, it took our provider until Sunday evening to fix this issue.  We sincerely apologize for the extended outage.  In the nearly 6 years we have offered this service, we have never had an outage like this.  We strive to provide a reliable and secure experience.

We are working with our current provider to understand exactly what went wrong and will determine our hosting strategy going forward.

In the meantime, we will continue to improve our product.  We want to continue to be the resource you rely on for all of your Scout tracking needs.
