Is it naive of me to think there is an option to continue with the old requirements for the 11 year old who came in before the new year?
We have a way where you can choose which requirements the scout is working on. Once the scout earns a rank this year like First Class and above, we will set the preference to default to the 2016 requirements from then on. We built flexibility into the system.
